synchronizing with server

Frontpage 2002 on XP

I have edited some pages in my Web usding FP. This included removing
many jpg and sound files. When I publish the new page, the unwanted
files still remains on the server and I have to delete these manually.

I think there is a function somewhere that will make FP synchronize
the Page and files between the local computer and the server, so as to
automatically deleted the files which are no longer needed.

Any help appreciated

Set the FP publish options to changed pages only

You have to select to publish the web / site, not just individual pages. See Stefan reply.
