I have a desktop computer with Xp that synchonizes via a cradle with
my Dell Axim X51V. I also have a Gateway laptop under Vista that
synchronizes with nothing, so it's database is getting old. I send
out email from both the desktop and the laptop and I would like to
have all the Sent email on both computers. I rarely send out mail
from the Dell going direct to the Go website.

So, what is the best way to update that laptop's contacts and
snychronize my sent mail from the laptop and the desktop?

I don't think Sent Items syncs, but you could use the Axim to sync the two
for Contacts. See this for other methods:

It appears to me that the simplest way may be to archive the sent items on
one computer on an external disk, then in the other computer, go to File,
Open, Outlook Data File and open the archive Sent items from the external
disk. You can then hightlight all the Sent items and copy them into the Sent
Folder in the second computer. Hope this helps.
