Synchronizing Outlook Express with a Palm handheld?

Hello:

I have been told that it is possible to synchronize Outlook Express with a
Palm handheld? Can someone give me instructions on how to do this or direct
me to a Web site where where I read how to make it happen.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
