I would like to keep my Internet Explorer Favorites and my Outlook Express
Mail Rules synchronized on two different computers. Can anyone explain a
simple way for me to do that? Thank you.

The Favorites are easy enough, in Internet Explorer click File/Import and
Export, select Export Favorites and follow the instructions. This will
create a bookmark.htm file that can be moved to the second computer. Use the
same program in the target computer and Import the favorites.
