synchronizing laptops

i'd like to sync my 2 laptops so that they're identical, and also be
able to transfer data back and forth. i haven't been happy with
itellisync in the past b/c of the old/new computer thing. What's the
simplest product that will do this? thanks
 
i would suggest u to use the robocopy command..thats one of the basic
and very powerful command to do that ..it only copies files that have
been changed ..and mirror ..
i might have a small script to do this ..let me know if u need it
