Synchronizing Home and Office E-Mail Using Outlook 2007

I have just started using Outlook 2007 as my e-mail program, while I use
gmail as my e-mail account. Some e-mails show on my office computer (but not
on my home computer), some e-mails show on my home computer (but not on my
office computer) -- I want all e-mails to show on both computers. Is this
possible? If so, how do I accomplish this?

Remove ABCD from Email address to reply

Tools, Account Settings, change, more settings, advanced, check "leave copy
of message on server", then you can choose other setting for removal
