Is there away to have multiple synchronized copies or shortcuts of the same folder within the folder list. For example if I have three major folder groups ‘marketing’, ‘tradeshows’ and ‘companies’. I get an email from xyz company regarding marketing at a tradeshow can I set three folders (or 2 short cuts) that when I drag and drop the email from xyz company into its folder under companies it automatically has a copy placed in marketing and tradeshows folder?
I assume it can be done by using the incoming rules wizard but I was looking for an alternative, similar to placing a shortcut of the outlook folder on your desk top which always get populated with the latest emails that have been placed within it from within Outlook.

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for possible solutions.
