synchronizing favorites?

What do you all use to synchronize your IE Favorites between two computers
(i.e., work and at home)? A program that does this somewhat automatically
would be nice, and would be preferable to a web based solution, but I'd
check into almost anything.
If you would to suggest an different newsgroup than this to ask this
question, feel welcome!

My favourite web based one is Fave Cave.

I prefer the following software. It can import/export to and from your
favorite browser, and lots more:

It works for Opera too.

The latest versions of Opera (7.50 or 7.51) have a much better bookmark
manager built in than earlier versions, so you may not need external
bookmark managers if you use Opera.
