synchronizing contacts

I have a home network consisting of 3 computers via a router and ADSL
connection. 2 of the computers I use on a regular basis and pick up e-mails
on both. Is there a way I can synchronize the contacts list on both
computers (like with a pocketpc)
would also like to do this with IE favourites
