Synchronizing contacts between users

How do we synchronize contacts, tasks, journals, etcetera, between users and
computers in Outlook 2007? For example, we would like to synchronize our
contacts between our home computer and office computer so that additions or
update to either Outlook database can be added to and updated in the other
Outlook database. Likewise, how do we share similar items with other
business partners in the office?

Usually done with an Exchange server, but see this:

Thanks, Brian. Any chance that Outlook 2007 will have any synchronization
features for those not using Exchange Server?

Thanks

I haven't used OL 2007 yet. I'd be surprised if there are sync
enhancements, although I know there are sharing enhancements.
