Synchronizing calendars???

Is there a way to synchronize calendars in Outlook without Microsoft Exchange?

Specifically, here is what I'd like to do. I have a laptop with Outlook on
it and a desktop at home with Outlook. I generally use my laptop for
scheduling everything in Outlook. What I would like to do would be to send
that info to my desktop once or twice a week somehow. I travel alot and it's
hard keeping my wife informed about all the places I am going and when.
Well, if I could sync calendars, then I could simply put all my trips into my
calendar on my laptop and then update the one at home a couple of times a
week so she would have access to the same info.

Is there a sync pack or something I could e-mail to myself at home and then
import that info into my Outlook at home?

Thank you!

you can use 3rd party utilities or if she has her own address, create your
appointments as meeting requests and invite her. (This works with outlook or
gmail.)

see http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.asp for more info and links to
utilities.
