Hi

On my laptop I run Outlook 2002 under XP Pro. I have two users set up, one for personal and one for my business. I would like to have my business calendar regularly update my personal calendar like a 'master'. Second choice would be to have both share the same calendar; but I'd rather not. Can I do this, and if so, how

Thanks!

I don't understand what you mean by two users. Are these two different
OUtlook profiles? If so, they can share a .pst file.

Hi Sue,

Thanks for the response. To clarify, I created two users on XP Pro. Each, of course, have their own logon, settings, email address/profile in Outlook, and so on. I don't want them to share a full .pst, just their calendars. If I was on a server I could do this through Exchange; but since I'm stand-alone on a laptop and not running MS Server I can't run Exchange. I'm trying to figure a way of doing this in XP Pro with Outlook 2002.

Did this help make it clearer?

Thank you,
Mark

There's nothing built in other than sharing a PST. See

http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for other ideas.
