Synchronize with external drive??

i have a flash drive (USB Key) and synchronized folder (my documents) with
AD server. does anyone have any idea how to make the folder also syn with
the USB Key?

This is not really an AD question.

What operating system is this?

Since its a removable and not fixed drive, I do not believe you have the
option to use offline folders on it. Unofortunatley, I do not have my USB
drive with me at the moment to test it. Maybe someone else has already tried
it and can post a comment on this?
