synchronize with blackberry

My boss has a blackberry and has it all set up to sync with his Outlook. Our
office doesn't have an exchange server,nor are we likely to get one anytime
soon and I need to find a way to get his calender information into a
duplicate calendar in my Outlook.

Is this possible at all? Can I sync with the handheld and route the calendar
information into the duplicate calender?
