synchronize outlook with BlackBerry 9700

HELP!!!OS Windows7... 2007 Outlook Calendar & Contacts... Blackberry 9700...
Does anyone know how to make this work nice together??
I get a 'Runtime Error" 'Folder is no longer part of the system data source
or the folder could not be found.
I've re-re-re-reloaded th BB desktop software and even tried deleting and
resetting all calendar settings, NO JOY!!
