Synchronize outlook calendar with cell phone calendar

I was about to purchase a new cell phone so I don't also have to carry a PDA
with me. It occurred to me, because I have a calendar feature on my current
phone (Motorola Motorokr E6) that I may be able to synchronize outlook with
this phone. What do I need to know to do this?
 
How to sync depends on the phone and its operating system. For phones
running Windows Mobile you can use ActiveSync, which is available for free.

Naturally, a simple search of the Motorola web site would give you the answer.

From what I can see there, this particular phone doesn't sync with Outlook.
You have two choices: you can access the same mailbox Oyutlook does via POP,
IMAP, or Hotmail or you can access an Exchange server mailbox using Exchange
ActiveSync.
