Synchronize Folders

I have a copy of a shared folder from another computer saved in my C drive, plus the shortcut to this folder on the other computer on my desktop.

When the original file gets updated, then my copy becomes out of date, is there a way I can schedule an update or a re copy of this file so that it adds the new files I don't have in my back up copy.

And of course how do I do this

One tool to do this is the "Briefcase"
Right click your desktop, select: New>Briefcase
There is quite some help that comes with the Briefcase, it
basically points to a local folder and a remote folder and gives
several options to sync your files.
