Synchronize by ftp

I'm looking for a program to synchronize 2 ftp servers. the program
should run (eg.) every 5 minutes and copy new files on a server to
another ftp server. it should use the ftp protocol.

Any idea?

What you want is wget. Versions for Unix and dos are available.
