I am trying to setup a ONE WAY sync FROM an Exchange public shared
calendar to one users' private Outlook 2007 calendar.
I do not want to purchase or use any additional (3rd party) software
to do this. Any ideas?

Reason behind why I want to do this: Just flashed iPhone with new
software supporting push mail/contacts/Calendar, but only syncs
private calendars. I want to access the company shared calendar and be
able to view it from my phone.

Thanks for any help!

Version of Exchange?

Do you own the folder? If so you can set up a rule to send all events to
your address then create a rule to move them to the calendar. Or you can go
in to the folder daily and copy the events.

http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync-mail.asp has tools which you might
find better suited and don't require ownership or admin access to the
server.
