I have 2 laptops that I want to synchronize data files and Outlook. One of
the laptops is my travelling latop, the other is really a desktop replacment
and too heavy to carry around. Both are running XP Pro and XP Office. I
want to be able to turn on the travel laptop when I get home and update the
home based PC with any changes I have made while away. (I am on a wireless
network at home). I have been told that XP has the synchronize utility that
will allow me to do that but when I open the synchronixe option, the only
options I see to synchronize is Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Offline Web
pages. What am I missing? I have tried to find a turorial but no success.

Thanks in advance for your help.

1. Open XP's "Help and Support Center".
2. In the Search box type: BRIEFCASE , and hit enter.
3. Click on: "Synchronize files on connected computers using Briefcase".
