Synchronization

I'm Using Outlook 2003 every time when i log in i'm getting Synchronization
notification or Report delivered to my Inbox How do i stop this.Some times
i'm getting about 8-15 messages
 
And what is in these reports? Usually they indicate an issue.

-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1
