Synchronization of calendars

i use hotmail but wanted access to the calendar on outlook. downloaded
outlook connector-fantastic. Now i am getting an -Error in Calendar
Synchronization error-which means changes via msn/hotmail are not
transferring over to outlook.
please help
 
What exactly does the error say? Are you using the beta connector (version
12.1)? If not, do you have a paid hotmail account?

I am seeing the same problem. I am using the beta version of Outlook
Connector with a free windows live account. It worked fine for about a week,
and then the calendar only stopped sycning. It shows an error with the
calendar in the server status box on the toolbar at the bottom of the Outlook
2003 window. The only explaination is this:
Outlook Connector Version 12.0.6237.1003

Account: (e-mail address removed)

Signed in successfully at 8/9/2008 4:08:22 PM


Mail: Last successfully refreshed at 4:08 PM.

Calendar: Error at 4:08 PM.

Contacts: Last successfully refreshed at 4:08 PM.

Synchronization error.

My contacts and Hotmail emails are all syncing fine. The calendar is the
only thing not syncing. My OS is Vista Home Premium and IE7.

I find that MSN's servers hiccough on me frequently. I usually give them a
day or two and find the problem clears up on its own (from my perspective -
who knows how much work the MSN support staff winds up doing). This morning
I couldn't sync with Hotmail, for example, but I'm sure that will pass by
this evening.
 
I just installed 12.1 and am experiencing the same Calendar Error. Contacts
and emails are O.K. Was this ever resolved or did you just give up?
