Synchronising data LAPTOP/DESKTOP ?

Hi

Have just got me a Laptop and I'm now the happy owner of
both a Desktop and a Laptop - the Laptop to be used when
I'm out travelling and the Desktop to be used @ home.

But how do I synchronise the content of my Desktop with
the content of my Laptop or at least a specific directory
where I store my data ?

I use a home network (LAN/WLAN) and both computers are
placed behind a proper Personal Internet security tool
(Norman) with access to the Internet via a NAT router.

Please advice about possibilities in Windows XP Pro
and/or other third party tools..

In XP Pro, read in Help and Support about the "offline files" feature.

There's also third-party software called "Second Copy" which can do similar
work, and which some prefer:
