synchronising contacts with iphone

I have been synchronising fine until recently. Now after a recent itunes
update the calendar and contacts wont sync. Settings on the iphone look fine.
Has anyone had this problem and solved it please?

Since it is completely up to iTunes to perform the sync, you should be asking
in the iTunes forums. I know that a recent update to iTunes caused problems.
 
I was having trouble also, and contacted Apple about it. They told me there
was a problem with dll files. Yesterday they released a new iTunes update
(9.1.1) and after I ran it, everything is working fine again for me. So, if
you haven't updated since yesterday, you might want to try that. Hope it
works for you, too!
