Synchronising contacts between users

We have three users on separate machines each using OL2K (IMO) and would
like to know if there's a way to synchronise contacts between users.

Exchange would be too much for our small setup and other products I've seen
appear to have reliability issues.

Copying/importing from each others PST files is fine, but I need an easy way
to remove duplicated contacts.

Are there any tools or procedures that can simplify this process?
 
Hi Russ.

Thanksa for this. I am trying to install Net Folders, but the option is not
there to install, so I thought it may already be installed, but the share
option is not available on the File menu after selecting my Contacts folder.

I have just realised that I'm actually using OL2002. Is there a different
procedure for 2002?

Only the others listed there. Net Folders were abandoned after Outlook 2000.
