synchronising and Outlook 2000

Win 2000
I have made my folders on the network available off line, they synchronise
automatically when logging on and off to the network. Problem is that the
pst files of Outlook 2000 can not be synchronised. How to do this?

you can do it, you have to make a change in group policy

be careful, there are reasons why these files are not synchronized by
default.
