Synchronise email messages between 2 PCs

How do I synchronise email messages with my PC & my laptop?
I want to be able to check my email on my laptop & then later when I’m working on my PC I want to be able work with & reply to the same emails that I already received on my laptop.

I can’t see any way to do it with Outlook 2003. Is it possible?
If not is there a good 3rd party piece of software that can?
