Windows XP Synchronisation

It's driving me mad!
If I sync my Toshiba PDA using ActiveSync 3.7 and then move on to try to open a web page, I am told that "Page not available". All internet actions (surfing or emails) then fail.
The only way I can then resolve the problem is to restart the PC with the Toshiba off the cradle. However I have to restart it with the "Reset" button on the front of the PC because Windows locks up halfway through the closing down procedure.

I'd update the ActiveSync software, which may help the problem - I had a PDA a while back and I'm sure I used verion 4.0

Thanks Ian but 3.7 is the latest version, according to the M/Soft PDA web site

Sorry, you are right Perhaps I'm thinking of when I had my PalmPilot, that was version 4.0 something
