Synching Contacts and Business Contacts in OL 2003

Greetings,

I am using OL 2003 at work and am setup with both regular Contacts and
Business Contacts for tracking purposes. Is there any way to synch Contacts
and Business Contacts? I have a Palm that synchs with Contacts but it
doesn't appear that this information is automatically copied over to
Business Contacts, which I believe are maintained in a database (mySQL
perhaps).

Any ideas would be appreicated
