Synching Calendars between OL Profiles

I have two user profiles set up in Outlook -- one for my
company and one for my client. Is it possible to synch
the calendars of these two profiles?

I've seen advice for creating a .pst file for shuttle
inbetween two computers. Would this work here? I do not
want to overwrite any existing schedules. I need a
solution that will accomodate input from either source.
