Synching Address Book with Contacts???

I enter a new contact, but then when I go to address book
it is not there, even if I close out of OUtlook and go
back to it. Is this normal? How do I ensure that they
match?

They are one in the same. The Address Book simply displays the electronic
addresses in your Contacts Folder. Apparently you haven't set up or
configured the Outlook Address Book yet. If you don't know how, provide your
Outlook version. We can't read minds. Better yet, teach yourself by reading
the KB:
