Hi,
We have Outlook 2003. Everyone uses and maintains their own personal contact folder, but we'd like to have one public folder that contains all the names from each persons personal folder. (For company mailings)
I know how to copy them in to get going. But is there a way to automate the process of copying new/modified contacts from each personal folder into the one public folder on an ongoing basis?
