Synch Outlook with Pocket PC

Can anyone help me synchronizing my pocket pc with outlook? I've been asked to set up a profile I've done it but the same error comes up!?!?! I don't know what ells to do.

What version of Outlook? What version of ActiveSync? What version of
Pocket PC? What error message?
