Synch calendars on networked computers?

Hi-
I have 4 networked PC's in my home, all running Outlook
2002. Is there a way to synchronize the calendars on all
of the computers? This would make my busy family's lives
easier!

If possible, could any responses be sent to my email
address, along with the newsgroup?
