1. By Outlook Web Mail, do you mean Outlook Web Access? You cannot synch it since it is only a web browser view of your Exchange mailbox. Is your company lax enough to allow you to coonect your personal laptop to Exchange via VPN or rpc/https? Ask your exchange admin at work for this information.
