Sync work calendar to home

How can I sync my work calendar with my home calendar in Outlook? I've
manually done an export / import but that is certainly not efficient. Is
there a way to automate this? It needs to be an internet / ftp solution
since neither machine is ever on the same network. It doesn't need to be a
true "sync", it can be a one way transfer since all appointments are set up
on the work calendar. I guess I need to merge my work calendar into the home
calendar automatically.

Importing and exporting are never the way to transfer data from one Outlook
instance to another.
