Sync USB Flash Drive with a Document Folder?

When I open Sync Setup, the only option for my flash drive is to sync media
with media player. I need to sync it with 1 file in my documents. How do I
do that?
 
Me too, I just want to take one folder inside documents and sync it with a
memory stick - didn't expect it to be this hard!
