Sync to Verizon XV6800

I get a message that Business Contacts doesn't support the connected device
when I try to install the Smartphone client. Download file is available at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...97-E8F9-41F3-AE66-A7067DAC7ACE&displaylang=en

I am on Vista and Outlook 2007 the XV6800 has Windows Mobile 6 Professional
CE OS 5.2.1238

Can anyone help me?

I worked with MS tech support to get the answer..although the XV6800 is a
smart phone, because it has a touch screen you must use the pocket pc
version. See below:
Before we go further, I would like you to understand XV6800 have a touch
screen, so you should download the drive as below:
