sync to palm

I am trying to sync my palm T3 to outlook express. Could someone please give me some information regarding incoming and outgoing mail servers? Do I use my msn mail server address? My mail should be going through Versamail on my palm, but nothing seems to be working. It will sync to my versamail, but nothing will show up downloaded on my palm.
