Sync the MyDocs folder

Hi,
I have 2 systems (home and work) running with XPpro and I would like to
syncronize MyDocuments folders where one PC will transfer its data to the
other and viceversa so that both of them will have always the same data. Is
there a simple way to do this programming the date and time say, once a
week?

You could use offline files - but I prefer SecondCopy 2000 at
www.centered.com - an inexpensive shareware app. I use it on all my client's
laptops.
(I have no affiliation with this company).
 
You could also use 'briefcase'. Right click where you want to make one and
click: new > Briefcase. Instructions from there.

Yes. I used to use Briefcase - that and Offline Files both made me very
happy for SecondCopy. It's what, $30US? Well worth it.
