sync outlookXP with Outlook 2000

Hi,

I was wondering if this is possible. I have two computers networked. One
has Outlook XP the other Outlook 2000. I wanted to create a briefcase in
Windows XP Home on one computer that syncronizes the files used by Outlook
so they both stay the same.

So if I am using on computer and add a address or get a e-mail it can be
syncronized with the other PC.

If its possible, what file(s) would I need to have in the briefcase.
