sync Outlook data between multiple computers

Looking for a way to sync both contacts and caledar on two
different computers (single user). A tablet PC and a
laptop running Win XP w/either Office 2002 or 2003 with
peer to peer network.
 
Do you have IR on both? At any rate, see if one of these solutions works
