I agree with Diane : Sharing your PST file using Groove is not a good idea :
There's a risk to get conflicts on the file.
Have a look to GrooveIT! for Outlook.
It should (at least partially) fit your needs.
GrooveIT! for Outlook is an application that allows you to transfer from
Outlook to Groove your emails, contacts, events, RSS feeds and tasks. This
can be done on demand (Click on an Item and decide to post it to Groove) or
automatically (Define some rules to have an automatic transfer from Outlook
to Groove).
Using GrooveIT!, you will be able to store in Groove your emails and have
them on your 2 computers.
