You don't without third party programs. Try posting to
microsoft.public.pocketpc for assistance.

1 calendar syncs, why not the new one as well? What is the 3rd party
software that you referred to?
 
The default calendar synchs by design. If you want others to synch, go to
microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync and inquire there about third party
software.
