I am using the journal in outlook to record all my phone calls meetings
e-mails etc. It works well but I can't find a way to connect the entries
with my contacts. I need to have a chronological record of all my
communications and work but I also would like the info to be posted on
contacts. Then when I open a contact, ei Mr. Jones I would have a
chronological record of all the work done for Mr. Jones without having to
fish through the journal to find it.
Can this be done?
