Sync FTP to computer

Apologies for asking, I know it has been asked before but a search
doesn't turn anything up.

Open program
Point Source to remote site
Point Destination to a folder on my drive
Click a button
Program then compares and syncs /down/ NOT up.

I don't want to sync /from/ my machine, but to it.
I've looked at sync-back, but cannot figure it out so if I can't get
that bit right, I don't want to trust it moving the files the right way
(not saying it is wrong, just that I could make it so)

Anyone know of such a beast ?

I believe WinSCP does this
http://winscp.sourceforge.net/

As I understand, you would use the "Local" directory sync options. It is
not an FTP client though; it does SFTP and SCP (secure/SSH connections).
