Sync Exchange calendar with .pst calendar

I'm trying to find an easy way to synchronise my
calendars, one placed on the company exchange server and
the other in a .pst file.
Has someone a small VB example for copying appointments
from one set of folder to another ?

I looked on slipstick like you suggested but could not get the required result. Can you provide more detail

I have a .pst calendar which is my "home" calendar and a Exchange calendar where I work as a contractor. I would like to synchronise the two. Can you help
