Sync desktop and laptop

I need to sync outlook as well as business contact manager between my two
computers. Any ideas?
Vista Home premium
Outlook and business contact manager 2007
not on a network.
 
BCM has an Import/Export function. BCM menu, Database Tools, Import &
Export.

As for syncing Outlook, you might just copy the PST file between
systems, or use Genie Backup Manager (www.genie-soft.com) to handle
the backup and restore options.

Also read the Help section on BCM's "offline" feature. It may be what
you are looking for.
