"SYNC" command?

Does Win2KP have a command like the unix sync command that forces all
disk write operations to complete? I'm having very occasional (1 per
wk) machine problems (BSOD for various reasons). So when I leave my
machine, I would like to know the file system is upto date on the actual
disk with no pending write operations.

Make sure write cache is not enabled or log off before shutdown.
