Sync between shared calendar and my calendar

I'm trying to find out if there is a way to sync automatically from a
shared calendar to a local calendar in Outlook 2003. We have people
that are on the road and already have the wireless sync software that
takes any information from the local calendar to their pda, but if
it's a shared calendar it will not sync. Please help, I'm going nuts
over this.
 
There is no method native to Outlook to accomplish this if you had read the archives. You can google for third party applications or look through http://www.slipstick.com/synch
